stunning location close to all amenties , (10mins) in a small community of some 6/7 other detached properties in the forest, close to cycling,walking , fishing and all links to europe, by means of Gothenburg(approx 2 hrs away) or malmo(approx 1.5 hrs away and the oresund bridge to copenhagen) PLEASE DON’T CONFUSE NORTH + SOUTH of this diverse and diffrent country..the north is far less accessable and we are selling because we have two properties here and cannot keep them both! this needs a little TLC, but is negoable in the price to the right and serious buyer.
